I've been informed that as a Mother I am not allowed to let my son of 5 years old into the ladies changerooms as per their rules which was put up a little while ago. My frustration is that if you implement a rule like that, then surely you need to provide alternative amenities? I have been told to use the disabled toilet to shower my son is the alternative, but there is no dry area to put bags and get dressed! the floor, toilet and washbasin are never clean, so what options do I have?? I have commented on it many times, but there doesn't seem to be a care in the world. that's the rules and that's all there is to it. I feel that as a customer it would be nice to be treated as if my concerns means something to them and be addressed.
