Yesterday, 16 July 2013 at 10:40 my son got a SMS from 27870426710 informing him to phone 012 940 6615 and use reference number FF02279, at Mac Robert Attorneys.
At 14:39 he received a phone call from the attorneys, he tried to explain to the consultant that they got the wrong person; this consultant told him that he is lying and covering for his dad.
After my own investigation, I discovered that this matter is from ABSA Vehicle Finance, for a Mr. Van der Walt that owns ABSA an amount of R132 774.27.
I was given the details of a Mr. Russell Booysen at ABSA, on telephone number 011 501 6119, however, after various attempts and messages, no one at ABSA phoned me back.
My 9 year old son is much traumatized after this experience and I want to get to the root of this matter. If I do not receive a satisfactory reply from both parties involved with this matter within 24 hours of posting this, I will go to the SAPS and open a Harassment case against both parties.
