ZONE FITNESS: PATHETIC AND NON DELIVERY OF SERVICE

To whom it may Concern. In October 2010 my husband and I joined the gym Zone Fitness in Wynberg. I was at the gym thrice in total and was never once afforded the opportunity to make use of the facilities available. On the third occassion I then requested for me to speak to a Manager. He wasn't available. I then called the ZF office and requested for an e-mail address or alternative contact and I liaised with Philip. I explained to him in detail via telephone and e-mail my unpleasant experience and I am no longer interested in this contract and want to know how he can assist or where we could be referred too. Also the equipment always appear wet and sweaty which is a total turnoff and so unhygienic too. I never received a permanent membership card and now I am harrassed for payments, also me coming from a professional Financial background why was no credit checks done? since this is procedure ito affordability. I called and e-mailed Philip and then followed up with a lady named Sharon and to date I got nowhere still. I wasted so much time and I want someone on a much higher level of authority to make contact with me and assist at soonest.
