I originally contacted Tecsa Jhb in November last year regarding a replacement freezer element for my Whirlpool MK II. I removed the old element and took the sample in to Montague Gardens in January this
year. To date all Tecsa have done is promise to get back to me. Ive had excuses ranging from "the part was sent from Jhb but our guys used it for someone else" to "Jhb sent me the wrong spare" to "we will have to make one up for you" and now "our systems have been down since last week!
Ive been without my double door fridge for almost six months now - and still no end in sight!
At this rate, I could have replaced the entire fridge/freezer by now!
