Taking time REFUND my money

Please assist for me to get my money refunded and i dont want to go to morkels store anymore. my patience ran out:

Good Afternoon Adilla

I went to the store last week and completed a cancellation form for my money to be refunded. Ntombi has done all the paper work and even today my money is not refunded. What will it take for me to get refunded? Please assist Ntombi in getting my money refunded. I have no energy for this anymore. I want my money transferred by COB today or I am calling consumer council first thing tomorrow morning.

I spoke to customer care and they gave me your contacts and e-mail address.
I don't want this lounge anymore. I cannot stay without my lounge suite for more than a month.

Please read the highlighted mail below. I want my money to be refunded back as I had no joy from morkels. I don't want them to deliver my lounge anymore.
They only told me yesterday that they got someone to repair yesterday. So please I want my money
