I would like to take my hat of to Pick 'n Pay. You really went the extra mile when I visited your branch in Centurion. I purchased a broom set to the value of R45.99. At the teller it showed the price is R74.99 as I corrected the lady on the price, the lady packing my parcels collected the bar code price that was on the shelf. She refunded me the R74.99 and explained to me that because the wrong price was scanned in the system, I would get the item for free. WOW I was so overwhelmed. Thank you for acknowledging that your price was wrong. I will surely keep shopping at Pick 'n Pay...
