My name is fikile elizabeth khoza, i have just been to the shoprite in hillbrow, there are a few cleaning (household) products that were incorrectly labelled and marked. the store was made aware of this by the supervisor but the manager made no effort to fix the mistakes on the various products. today i went into the shoprite to buy the products and i am aware that i have every right to buy them for the price that is written on the shelve. but no! norman robert- a rude white man who has thee most disgusting attitude was shouting at me at the top of his voice and demanded that i make my move i must go do whatever i like, and report him to whomever i like. - norman insisted that a customer is entitled to buy only of each of the products that are incorrectly priced- i know for a fact that this is not true! WHAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED WAS EMBARRASSING AND VERY ABUSIVE! FIRE THAT ANIMAL AND CALL ME ASAP TO SORT THIS OUT BECAUSE I KNOW MY RIGHTS AND I KNOW FOR A FACT HOW HE DEALT WITH THE SITUATION IS A FIRE-ABLE OFFENSE... CALL ME 079 829 8065- THE SUPERVISOR HERSELF LET ME KNOW THAT HE IS TALKING AND HE WAS TOLD DAYS AGO ABOUT THE INCORRECT PRICING BUT HE LEFT IT! SORT THIS OUT
