I have emailed Daddy's Deal Support twice in the past week and also submitted a complaint on their website to express my dissatisfaction at one of the offers, and to date no response.
Are they perhaps waiting for the deal to expire before I can be given the courtesy of a response or some excuse as to why I cannot be reimbursed?
I have very politely requested a credit for Voucher 80017F381C as by no fault of my own am I not able to make use of the aforementioned.
I am appalled by their lack of response. Is this how valuable clients are treated?
