On the 8th of this month i raised my concerns regarding complains that i saw on HELLO PETER about delays in delivery and so on..well here was the response.

''We deliver to 140 customers per day, our complaint ratio is actually very low. One cannot gauge a company's customer service on a web site like Hello Peter, its can be quite misleading and negative. I do however see your point. I have sent your concern to our customer care manager and he will keep on eye on you order. Thank you for still having faith in us! We will not disappoint.''

Guess what my sister just forwarded a message from them saying this is JUST an update the couches will be delayed blah, blah, blah... i mean really you guys have my details why now sending sms to my sister not me? i honestly find this so unproffessional to call it JUST an update that my coughes will be delayed, my family is coming down here all the way from Port Shepstone next week, and you saying one cannot gauge a company's customer service on a website like Hello peter my questions is why you did not tell me in time what if my sister did not forward that message to me, dont you have a decency to call a customer and advise what going
