Seeing that there is no complaints section on the John Craig website, i will be complaining here. My complaint is regarding the unsolicited junk mail sent to my home. I have never given any company / person / institution / facility / site or any of their subsidiaries permission to use my name and send letters to my residential address. This company claims that i qualify for a account, this means that they have checked my credit records without my consent. If i apply, and i do not get it, this will mean false advertisement, bringing us back to the consumer act. I want John Craig to stop sending me letters and invitations with immediate effect and also to indicate to me where the got my details from otherwise i will be forced to take legal action against this company and any other company who thoughtlessly divulged my confidential information. A very quick response will be required.
