Purchased a couch at the Sandton City store on March 05, 2013 and opted for delivery. Paid in full, including delivery costs, and was assured that the couch would be delivered by April 02, 2013, which is also reflected on the tax invoice/sales order form. Since then I have had to deal with rude staff at the branch and excuses ad nauseum from 'the people at the factory'. A man named Ryno at the factory tried helping me on Monday, but I've since not heard anything about the ETA of my couch. This is very frustrating.
