I recently purchased two bicycles from your store and had the pleasure of dealing with Ricardo. Not only was he knowledgable on the products, but he was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I purchased the products unassembled and when I struggled to assemble them at home, I phoned your store & Ricardo gladly offered me to bring them in and he assembled them! He even helped bring them to my car.
