Some feedback would be nice

I wrote a report on hello peter about a week ago, Jet only send me an email saying someone is looking into the matter, I mean really, how long does it take. Can Jet please look into my problem and stop sending us automated messages which are suppossed to reassure us that they are actually doing their jobs whereas nothing is being done, I need to have this matter resolved as soon as possible and I wont rest until that is done. And please dont send me the automatic response, call me when somebody has something useful to tell me
