Boipelo Keshebang ID:8605250902085, she past away on the 21 of Jan, we submitted the documents at Hartswater (JET) FOR ACCOUNT PROTECTION PLAN TO PAY UP THE ACCOUNT, so i'm suprised to receive letters from you guys for payment due, while we submitted the documents early, just after 2 weeks she past away.why did Jet club up her death benefit to her mother, i mean are u not using 1 system to see why Jet club paid the benefit or you don't communicate to each regarding this matter, i want this account to be closed because we submitted the documents, check with your Hartswater branch what isnt that they didn't do right, im realy not happy about this
