I had a concern with Safari and their Apple Cider Vinegar. I made a request to them to correct the problem via their web site.
No response.
I went in to the store where I purchased the vinegar and the Manager Reno helped me so much. Unfortunately the supplier ignored his requests and even having spoken to their merchandiser in the store the Rep. did not contact me.
This is after they had been contacted 4 times.
The compliment is to Paulo who saw through the bad service of Safari and replaced the product.
He will be sorting out the details for me.
