After seeing your specials I phonede the Cape Gate Branch to quiry about a cellphone special. Lee was the Sales Consultant and explained everything I needed to know (seen I was left behing when the technology changed) with great patience.
My time was limited and he offered to have everything ready when I got there. "Yeah right, I thought to myself and prepaired to be in the branch for atleast a hour plus.
Boy did he proof my wrong - all paperwork was ready!!! He was very professional, well informed and friendly.
Your company could be proud to have a worker like him. There is a lot of companies that can have a lesson or 2 about client service from Lee.
