I had been looking at new desktop computers and had been to numerous stores to do so, including other Incredible Connection branches. The Clearwater branch, however, is miles ahead of any other electronics store in terms of their customer service. Kagiso assisted me and spent a long time explaining all the specs of the computers I was looking at, and photocopying information sheets for me. He was extremely knowledgeable and very happy to help. Kagiso deserves recognition by his manager for his fantastic, friendly service, and the store as a whole deserves a huge congratulations on their well-trained, friendly and efficient staff.
