We purchased a 2kg bag of grated Lancewood mozzarella as we love making pizzas at home. We opened the bag this evening and we followed our normal process for making pizza.
This time around however the crust was almost burnt when we took the pizzas out and the cheese had hardly even left its pellet like form, normally by this stage the cheese would have welted and become a nice golden brown on the top.
I am not sure what we will use the rest of the 2kg bag for, as this is generally what we would have bought it for, as it should melt perfectly on top of our meals.
