Person in charge miss treating the staff

Hi, i have been on numerous occasions shopping at the jet stores on the bluff. The manager there has terrible attitude .she is arrogant and treat the other employees very very badly. She mistreated then verbally on every visit. Those stores should have more friendly, warm people to liaise with because holding a position as head of the store is the most important position.
