I purchased 2 tv s with insurance on 2 march. After payment they told me they told me there is only 1 but they will deliver the second one. They never phoned so I phoned a week later. Told me to come fetch it as they now have it. Got there and was told sorry it's been sold and they dont have more. Someone will phone me. Another week passed and I phoned again. Now told they will upgrade me to a bigger tv. I said fine they sent me a 3D tv. Which I never asked for and don't want. Told them to fetch 3D tv and I want a refund. They said fine. Come to macro today dor my refund to ne told., I have to come back again as they need to collect tv first. I told them I will be hwee today. Tookttime off work. It is not my problem that they did nor collect tv yet. I am made to wait in the car while they go fetch the tv. This is a joke. I will never buy from makro again. The insurance they gave me and I paid dor on the second tv is also false ans that tv wirh serial numbers does not exist
