I purchased a Rechargeable Lamp a while ago and just realised that it's not working, I took it back and spoke to Priscilla and another lady whom I cant remember their name and they told me that they can't help me because I lost my receipt. must say the service they have given me was very poor and their excuses too. Do I really have to waste my time and petrol going back and forth over a silly matter? All I want is a Lamp thats working.
