On the 16th of March 2013 I went to Legit in Greenstone Mall and found a few items I liked. I wasn't sure about one of the items so i went to the counter to ask if i could return the item if i changed my mind only for the cashier to role her eyes and give me a half-hearted nod to answer my question. This reaction was highly uncalled for and I cannot believe anyone would employ such a rude individual. Needless to say I will not be shopping there anymore. This one person reflects that the Legit franchise obviously doesn't train their staff at all. Absolutely disgusting service, its no wonder people are so grumpy when shopping these days.
