We purchased a Dischem brand Nebuliser for our son. He's once again sick and we needed a new mask, pipe and cups for the medicine.
We first went to the Reds mall branch, they only had stock for one type of Nebuliser, no masks for small children and definitely no cups or pipes.
We then went to Carlswold where, although more helpful, we're still unable to provide us with parts. They had masks for the "compressor" Nebuliser but not for ours, which we had initially purchased there. They had the cups but that's as far as it goes.
They advised we should contact a rep on Monday.
any idea what we should do about our sick child until then?
How can you sell a Dischem branded item, with disposable items... But not keep the replacements?
