Merial South Africa are the makers of the tick and flea control product, Frontline.
I just called the contact centre for a product related question. The person who answered (I wish I had taken note of her name!) was incredibly well informed. She was able to answer my question immediately with a full explanation of not only whether I could use the product but all the reasons that I could.
The person was she able to answer my question with the facts, she was calmly compassionate in reassuring me that my pet would be well taken care of.
Great to know that there is not only product excellence but service excellence too!
