Bad customer service

I went into the store at carnival mall to enquire about a live scribe pen. After waiting for at least 10 minutes at the display case, no one seemed inclined to assist me. I had to approached a sales person who was engrossed in watching a colleague texting on his cellphone. I enquired about the functionality of the item. The sales person did not have any idea of what I was alluding to and promptly turned his back on me and walked away without a word. I spent a further fruitless 10 minutes awaiting feedback of any kind. None was forthcoming, I expressed my desire to raise the issue with the store manager. I explained the situation to her and her response was, and I quote " Eish, sorry" I walked into the store intending to purchase a R2000 item. I walked out a very dissatisfied ex-customer.
