Breville Products should not be purchased at @Home

We purchased a Breville 800 espresso machine from @Home 2 years ago, being promised that if something breaks we can just return it to @Home and they will make sure it gets fixed. After 2 years of usage, an electrical component broke, failing to switch the machine on. I sent it in to @Home at Park View shopping centre in Pretoria. It took 4 weeks to fix this component since its a 3rd party repair agent in Bedfordview, Johannesburg that services it. It costed me R800. It was returned to me, switched on perfectly fine and then realised that they broke the mechanism. The water was not being pumped and nothing happened.

I took it back to @Home, they sent it back. It went a total of 3 times backwards and forwards between the two companies, each time not getting fixed. 2 Whole months later, I still could not make myself a cappuccino since these pathetic 2 companies fail to fulfil their mandate. Each time just hearing it will get fixed and each time hearing it was sent back to JHB. Then today I heard its fixed (hard to believe) but the driver is not working today. What a joke. Really bad service, pathetic people on both side. DO NOT BUY BREVILLE PRODUCTS FROM AT HOME. THEY ARE PATHETIC!
