On the weekend of the 23/24 February, I went into the Olympus branch in the afternoon to find out at what age group ear piercing can be done. Chantelle helped me at the time and informed my wife and I that it can only be done from the age of five. It seemed weird to me as we were previously informed that it could be done at the age of two. Upon us going the following weekend to the Woodlands branch, we were informed that it can actually be done at the age of two and within five minutes my daughter's ears were pierced at the Woodlands branch. After inquiring with the till supervisor at the Olympus branch, it was confirmed that it is in essence actually two years and all she did was apologize and could not explain why Chantelle had to us. We regularly visit this branch and we always seeing Chantalle chatting to friends and she always takes her own time to assist clients because her conversations with her friends are more important than actually doing her job. Maybe if she spends less time chatting, she may not feel inclined to blatantly to customers. I doubt that I will be visiting the store anytime soon because of the staff and the they so easily speak to clients.
