On the 24th of February 2013 I went to Keywest game to upgrade my phone contract to a blackberry 9360, to my disappointment it was out of stock and did not know when they will have stock. On the 25th I phoned kolonnade and Bris to check if they have stock. The reply I got from Brits was that they have not had stock of that phone for the last 6 month. Kolonnade there were no answer. I have emailed 7 different game managers in the Gauteng area (Brooklyn, Centurion, Clearwater, Eastgate, Kolonnade, Menlyn, Wonderpark) to check on stock availability and had no reply. It was also advertised in the cell phone broacher for February -March. I have sent several emails (25th, 26thFebruary and on the 5th of March 2013) to customer service complaining about this matter and had no reply to date. I am very disappointed in Game!!
