On Friday the 1st March my husband and I visited the branch above to do groceries on one of the items we bought was a chicken braaipack that was on promotion. Then on Monday Morning I cooked the chicken and prepared it for my husband and myself for lunch box to be eaten @ work. Upon eating the meat I felt nauseous, dizzy and had diarrhea.By the time I got home I was worse and I told my husband what happened @ work and unfortunately had the same story to tell. Yesterday everything became worse even though I went to work but my husband could not go to work, last night we did not sleep @ all since we had to take turns visiting the bathroom either vomiting or with diarrhea. This morning I decided to take a look @ the packaging and the first date noted was August 2012. This came as such a surprise and shock to see such a reputable retail food store being so careless. We both have to visit the doctor today since most the signs will not go away and we are worried of what will happen next. I must say I am very disappointed.
