This is the second time i have to lodge a complaint about this store. After 3 weeks i had to go to the store to find out where my "new" broken TV. After 30 min I was informed that my TV could not be repaired. Then i was told that They had to contact Sansui for approval to give me a new TV. I mean come on now i am still without a TV something i had to pay for. And is it my responsibility to sort out internal-affairs... really really fed-up.
