Pick 'n Pay advertised widely that tickets for Afrikaans is Groot concert will open at 10h00 today, from 10h00 the website does not work, the telephone number given by the call centre 012 - 661 6813 has been busy with no answer. I phoned the call centre back they advised that the number is manned by one individual.
One would think that proper preparations should have been made and websites tested PRIOR to the launch.
