I was relocating to Durban, my employer arranged for them to pick my stuff up in Krugersdorp. First they were supposed to pick my things up the Monday the 14th Oct. at 10h00, it never happened. I phoned to find out what's happening and he said they'll be there at 12h00, then nothing then I phoned again and then he said 4h00. He had a problem with a tyre that burst the Saturday and it's not fixed yet. After a of a fight he said he'll be ther the next day at 8h00. What a joke. After several calls the excuse where that the driver was late and they had to go fetch him, The driver said that's a he was there at 8h00. They only arrived at 10h00. With this small truck a Hillux bakkie and a trailer. I complained about this and they assured me that it's gonna be fine on the bakkie and trailer cause they close it with sail's. While loading they've already broke some of my things. When they arrieved in Durban the next day 3h00 they started unloading the trailer and bakkie first. Then I saw how my furniture was buggered up. I complained and then he refuse to offload the rest of my furniture. My boss came and saw the mess and said to him he's gonna report him to the consumers council.
