UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE

I have been the customer of home choice for the past 3 years, paying them good and on time, I usually pay and settle before the stated time. My problem now is that I want tro switch from 16 months to cash they say I cant do that and they dont give me a full explanation on that instead they tell me about settlement amount which is higher than the amount that I am suppossed to pay. I bought the item promotion during December and they told me that my fisrt installment will resume in Fewbruary 2013, when I tell them about paying cash they tell me that 30 days is over and there is no way that they can reverse the agreement not when it is them that gave me 60 days grace. I dont want to hear anything with home choice and ask them to stop calling me as I am not happy at all with their service.
