Terrible service at homechoice headoffice

Ound about february 2011 i purchased a bed on my homechoice account..After say 2 months i noticed that the bed has a dent in the middle i then contacted them and they assured me that they will attend to it immediately. Months past and no one even bothered to call. I then decide to pay up my account and then called home choice 5 times within 1 day to enquire the settlement amount and was assured that the amount was correct. That very same day i deposited into there Absa Acc and then few days past receioved a stament that said i stil owed them money. Should they not have had there ducks in a row when they gave me a discount as that was what all 5 consultants told me! whta breaks the ice after alomost a 5 moths of calling them someone came out to look at the bed and then assured me the mattress would be replaced and then after calling again to ask when i was told that they not replacing the bed as it was in a poor condition. I would never ever buy ANYTHING from them ever again. I would also not recommend anyone to buy anything from them
