I applied to Teljoy about three weeks ago and I am still awaiting a reply. I do have two accounts on ITC that I know are not meant to be there and I was told that the approvals dept. would overlook this (I have this on an e-mail in writing) and I still cannot get an answer from these guys. now I do understand people are busy but after stating that my above issue would not be a problem and that they are willing to overlook the ITC listing, I still do not get an answer.. My application has been shuffled from pillar to post and I have dealt with four different people.
I would sincerely like an answer.
