In August 2012 I bought a pair of boots from Chantines on BOB. When they arrived they were too small. Iasked if I could exchange them, and was told I could but she had to order them and to do so she needed another R200. I waited to hear from her as to when they arrived so I could pay the money. When I enquired some time later, she said she had them but was waiting for my R250. So I corrected her, sent a copy of her email showing it was R200, and paid the R200. I waited and waited. I enquired. I waited some more. This was in September. It continued through October and November. In Dec I informed the seller and BOB that I was going to the police if I didn't get the boots in time for my holiday. The seller sent me a weighbill no and ignored my further messages. BOB enquired whether I had received the boots. They arrived while I was away. They were NOT the boots I had ordered. I sent pics to BOB and demanded my money from the seller. NOTHING! BOB allows her to continue trading and ripping people off. I have read on BOB of other people she has ripped off. Do they care? I think not! Does she care, why should she, she has over R800 of my money! She has my money & doesn't reply!
