Royalty Card problems

I have been spending money minimum of R150 per day at the Spar at Glen Acres in Kempton Park. I do that because of an royalty card given to me.

After a weeks purchases my points on my account showed 0. I send them a email and they said they will look into it. Every time I get my slip it shows a minimum of 112 points (depending on what I bought)

No one has contacted me since and my account shows a total points of 112. I have spend more than R300 yesterday...

Why have a royalty card if it does not work?!
