I went into this store to purchase a watch for my boyfriend as a gift. This was the only store that had that exact watch. As I entered the store it was packed which is understandable, it was a busy time period What I didnt appreciate was the bad service offered, due to it being so full there were only 2 sales consultants on the floor and the music was blasting in my ears i could barely hear myself think. I waited till I was served after asking someone to help me more than 5 times. I then recieved a phone call, the sales consultant told me to lower my voice, excuse me? It was my personal call and if their music wasnt playing so loud i wouldnt have to speak so loud. Once someone had finally assisted me I got the worst service and they werent very friendly. Very dissapionted and unhappy. Expected more from such a "high class" store as heard by people, well East Rand Mall American Swiss is far from "high class".
