I'm completely astounded. I spent almost R15k at at Home, Sandton City. Service up until now has been wonderful. Joanne has been perfect to deal with. I phoned yesterday to confirm that my order which I have ordered and paid for a month or so ago, will be delivered to me on the 1st March 2013. The store manager took my call yesterday and asked me to email her. i did this. Have not heard back from her today so I resent email. Received a phone call from the store earlier. Left no voicemail. I phoned them and asked for Cindi. She put me onto a colleague who told me that she tried calling me but didn't leave a voicemail because customers complain that they cannot hear messages. To cut a long story short, I then phoned back and spoke to Cindi. Cindi tells me that she is not going to deal with this matter, she is the store manager and is too busy. I was shocked. I told her that this attitude was not acceptable. She told me if she dealt with all furniture queries she'd never get her work done. The service up until now has been great. I cannot believe that she spoke to me in that manner. Who does she think she is. Who is the customer and who is the retailer?
