Absolute bad aftersales service

On 28/11/2012 a default Samsung flatscreen TV was handed in at Kroonstad Branch. Paid for in half the time according to the contract. I have had not even receive a TV to borrow during this time. Promises, promises and Simpiwe from Mtubatuba only booked a claim on 15/01/2013 Bad service. Numerous phonecalls even to customercare (0214604400) unanswered. Alpha services in Kroonstad receives a job nr to repair. No effort from Lewis to assist and TV appears to be irrepairable. PA, branchmanager from Mtubatuba takes over the promises on 21 January 2013. Ever since only promises, claims and passing the bucket on who's mistakes this is, I have finally run out of patience. Again they now promise a new TV to be delivered, this to have happened 1 1/2 weeks ago. My conversation this morning includes another promise for Friday!!! This since 28/11/2012. I can't find my way to congratulate them on this incompetancy and absolute bad attitude towards aftersale service. They do not even phone back after they promised to keep me up to date!!!
