Went into Spar to get food from the Deli, I was 2nd in the queue. The staff served all the construction workers before me and there were about 5 of them. I was totally ignored. I came to the cashier and voiced my unhappiness. All I got back was: "oh, that is a problem, many people complain". I walked out of the Spar without what I'd initially gone into the shop for. No extra attention was given to my complaint, no one seemed interested in sorting out the complaint and the old manager there is unable to assist with anything at all. I now ONLY go into this particular Spar for the real bare necessities.
