I dropped a repair off during February 2013 which was sent to a "Supplier" for repair.
To my delight the repair was done when I called to follow up on the 08 March 2013. The "Supplier" is in Midrand - that not too far away from the store.
Today is the 04 April 2013... and they still cannot tell me where or when the item will reach the store... in spite of me calling there regularly for updates...
is there something I am missing here?? Should i track down this "Supplier" myself and fetch the item myself??
