Formlife A Danish Vitamin Cream
Refund of R1635.00

I ordered a facial product advertised on an internet. Below, I quoted a part on that advert where it states, the product is free except for the R30.00 of shipping. Formlife and FIRST NATIONAL BANK can't refund me because-so they say-I have authorised the payment of R1635.00 which I didn't even collected the goods. Please help. i need my money back
