I refer to my complaint about the fact that I purchased the Mortein diffuser from Checkers and when I wanted to buy a refill can for the unit there was nothing in stock. I just wish to thank Checkers for the immediate response and the explanation that they were in fact unable to obtain stock from the manufacturer in the R.S.A. Mr Paul Malan, the manager of the Marua branch phoned me personally and explained the position to me in a very friendly and professional manner. He furthermore suggested that I try to obtain a refill from a certain shop which may still have some stock. I followed his advice and I was in fact able to obtain two refills from this shop! I tried to phone him the next day to thank him for his sound advice, but was unable to make contact. Thanks very much mr Malan!
