Incomplete deliveries and delays

Hi

I don't even know we're to start so I will keep it short. The most frustrating thing about my experience with Zando is lack of feedback. I understand delays but calling the call centre with agents promising to get back to you and they don't... To sending mails with no response just pushes me over the edge.

Monies are deducted immediately yet on 2 occasions my orders have been incomplete.. For some reason there is just no sense of urgency from anyone at Zando. It's a great concept but sadly unreliable and frustrating. Hopefully someone will read this and advise me on my outstanding order. There is definitely no 3 day delivery time not in my experience.
