I purchased Tman seamless underwear for my Boyfriend along other things at the Truworths in the mall in Middleburg when visiting family. We were very happy with it until after only about 5 hours of him wearing the first pair. The inside thigh part of the underwear had started to come apart. This was very disappointing and at our earliest opportunity, we went with this obviously poor quality set of underwear to the Truworths in our home town at the Riverside Mall branch in Nelspruit to return this set and take something with better quality. i had my slip handy and when arriving at the teller, she simply looked at the parcel in my hand and turned around walking to the back office without saying a word which i find to be extremely rude. she returned with her supervisor close on her heels. then i was bluntly told that the back of the receipt states that there will be no returns/exchanges done on underwear due to hygienic reasons. I can understand that, but this was defective goods, i was not expecting them to resell it. this simply means that Truworths can sell defective goods and consumers are robbed of their money. i will be closing my account after almost 10 years. Well done!!
