After my complaint about the HORRIFIC service I have received from several of the call centre people at Homechoice, i received a call from Maelene Baartman. WOW what a wonderful person she is. She took over my account, had so much patience and explained everything to me. I have been receiving feedback from her almost on a daily basis and she does it with so much care. Maelene Baartman has shown me that Homechoice still has the service they suppose to have. She must be carried on a silver platter at Homechoice as NEVER have i received such WONDERFUL service before. She really goes the extra mile and MORE. She KNOWS how to handle and communicate with customers which is FANTASTIC. Thank you Mae for going the extra extra mile in sorting out my problems with HOMECHOICE. You should provide training to some of your call centre people PLEASE. Once again, THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP. We have sorted out most of my issues and are currently sorting out the last one. Homechoice better take care of you before some other company steals you :).
