I returned broken & damaged goods in June 2012. To this day, my account has not been credited. I get a call everyday from the Collections Department stating that my account is in arrears and when will I make a payment. The Customer Care department can see on their system that I returned the goods and did not collect the second batch of goods they sent me. I no longer wanted the documents. I wrote a letter with my parcel stating that I do not want new goods and I am no longer interested in the products. I have to explain everyday to somebody from the Collections Department why I am not paying and that they must take my name off the call list and take the matter up with the Customer Services Department. Everytime I call the Customer Services Department, it costs me a lot of money. The last call cost me R60.00 and I was told that the query will be resolved within 14 working days. IT'S BEEN 6 MONTHS!!! Receiving daily calls because somebody did do their job or isn't doing their job, is bordering on harrasment. I am in a very good mind to ask my attorney to write a letter to Homechoice stating if they don't fix my account, legal action will be taken against them.
