Im so disappointed really at the quality and the service @ Rage East Rand Mall.
I'm not complaining so Rage attends to my case, No!
I needed that when I went to the store with a pare of boots that barely made it through the week
Poor poor quality..going to the service I wasn't assisted because I didn't have my slip, so head office was called and I was assisted by Mpumi Mnguni, who was rude as hell and in closing I was told to do whatever I saw fit since the shoe once purchased ain't their business.
The shoes I could have left but I'm good.
I am just raising awareness. Do not attempt let our experiences be enough.
I will never again or even advice anyone to waste their money and most precious your time with Rage.
