I bought a house for 950 000 from Gralio/ Woodglaze who built Ronnies houses in Phoenix. All geysers were fitted by Solar Primeg.
From the time we took over houses they have refused to give us any info on guarantees or warrantees or any help... my geyser did not work for 6 months till we got hralio to.liase and tesolve matter... since then we have limited access.
They even tried to charge us to set geyser thermostats and say monkeys are able to adjust switches on roof??? when geyser switches off every few months
Im sure it was a geyser fault but they got their money when we bought houses so they dont care.
I was told the geysers have a 5 yr service plan
And 10 yr upkeep with guarantees and warrantees as I wanted to choose my own solar geyser supplier based on after sales service when I bought this house. I was told after I pay for house have access to all of this as geyser is paid for amd transferred to me. Ive seen not a thing yet, nor got any information.
Also i reported that the inspector who inspected my home for me said they trussed geyser inadequately... they said they always do it like that and if I interfere they wont be responsible.
They are unhelpful and rude to the point of arrogance. The owner avts like he is the onmy person that invented anything solar. Too bad he cant offer good service.
By refusing us any info we are unable to properly get services etc that is required and this makes it easy for them to refuse us guatantees and steal from in this way... i have asked 3 x telephonically amd twice via email. I even spoke to the owner
Totally unhelpful.
By keeping us in the dark they are robbing us and need to be brought to account.
They need to be closed down till they comply with owners
Who do i report issues to and how do we get compliance??
Im sick of them.
